I acknowledge that Jill Proudfoot’s intention for the reading I schedule with her is to provide entertainment and enjoyment, and that she cannot guarantee who or what information will come through during the reading. I understand that Jill Proudfoot can not be held accountable for any actions taken, or not taken, based on the information or communication provided during the service. I also recognize that Jill Proudfoot is not a legal or medical professional while providing physic medium services, and any information or communication provided during the reading should never be a substitute for consulting a qualified legal or medical expert. I understand that the future is a dynamic sequence of events shaped by our individual and collective actions, and I am not depending solely on the information provided during the reading. Instead, I will use it as a tool to enhance my current circumstances. By engaging in Jill Proudfoot’s services, I affirm that I have thoroughly read and comprehended the terms outlined in this statement of agreement.
Any personal information you share with Jill will be kept completely private and confidential. Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to her, and she takes this responsibility very seriously. The relationship between a Medium and their client is built on trust, integrity, and discretion, which are values that Jill hold dear. You can trust that she will always do his best to provide you with helpful and fair assistance while keeping your information safe and secure.

You’ll receive an email in response to your request for a reading. You must reply to confirm.

If you are still waiting to receive an email from us within ten days of your request, please check your junk/spam folder. Occasionally, our emails may be filtered out as junk by your email server. If you have not heard back from us within ten days regarding your request, you can also reach out through the contact page.

It’s important to note that all payments received are considered final. Jill operates under a strict no-refund policy, which she believes is fair to all parties involved.

Consider taking notes, as you may want to refer back to this later. Jill understands the value of revisiting the discussions during your reading, so audio recording is allowed.

In choosing to do so, you acknowledge and agree that any manner of recording shall and will be intended for your personal use and will not be reproduced or distributed for profit public presentation or any media purposes without your consent.

Please understand that Jill does not record the session for you. You will need to make your own arrangements if you would like to audio record your session.

It is crucial that you arrive on time for your reading, as Jill may have clients scheduled back-to-back during his day, and she energetically prepares for your reading in advance. She understands that you may have unforeseen circumstances that delay you. Please get in touch with Jill through text message if you are running late.
